Returns

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with purchasing through Revolution Audio. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to verify your order once it has been placed.  However, once your order has been placed we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. There are a number of reasons for this:
- It is illegal for us to accept returns on software and most of our hardware comes with software;
- Our manufacturers will not accept used hardware for return;
- Because of current health concerns, it is unwize and unsafe to accept returns on microphones or pop-screens;
- We want our customers to be assured that they are getting what they pay for: new, unused items unless otherwise labeled as used, demo or open box.
Please contact us before returning any defective products. Often products thought defective are simply not installed or being used correctly. We reserve the right to have our customers deal directly with the manufacturer in certain cases.

Shipping

Revolution Audio Canada ships worldwide. Shipping charges will be calculated in our on-line shopping cart.  Please note that some countries outside of Canada and the US may assess a customs fee or taxes, which you will be responsible for.  Check with your local customs authorities for exact details information.

All items purchased from Revolution Audio are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a carrier (typically FedEx) independent of Revolution Audio. Legally, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.  Usually we will be able to reship lost or delayed orders for you, but this is at the discretion of the carrier. In stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Technical Support

At Revolution Audio will do everything we can to make sure you get your home recording studio up and running. Because of this, we support our products and stand behind our customers with technical support. If you purchased an item from us, please contact us via e-mail if there is any problem and include as much information as possible along with your name, e-mail and original order date. We may refer you to the manufacturer for further support. If you did not purchase the product from us, (first of all you should have...:) contact your reseller for help - if they will not or can not help you, come back and join the revolution!

Product Liability of Use

Although we stand behind our products and Revolution Audio is committed to help you, please note that you agree not to hold us liable should you feel a product does not meet your needs, perform as expected, damage your computer, damage your property, or conform to the specifications listed on our web site.  Although we check all product descriptions for accuracy, you agree that the manufacturer is responsible for accurate representation and will not hold Revolution Audio, or any owners or employees, liable for any errors or omissions.
